As an experienced physical therapist practicing since 2015, I have dedicated my professional career to helping individuals regain functional mobility and improve their quality of life. My background in healthcare, working with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, and pelvic/ abdominal surgeries gives me a unique perspective with my transition into the fitness industry.In a span of two years, I have fully recovered from two cesarean sections and an additional abdominal surgery. This has shifted my interests to gaining a deeper understanding of the body during the pre and postpartum journey. I furthered my training by becoming a NASM personal trainer and completed the Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist certification with PROnatal Fitness.As a mom of two, I find it important to create workouts that center around activities that need to be performed on a daily basis with my kids. I hope to empower women to advocate for themselves and allow them the time and space to grow stronger during their pre/postnatal journey, as well as other stages of life.
